Apple RDA Flavour in Canada: the budget shortlist
Apple in Canada: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How we tested Apple RDA here
The honest read on apple: 20 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Apple in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: apple in Canada works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple RDA really costs in Canada
A apple RDA from the budget options in Canada costs about CA$2.91 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where apple goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long apple in Canada survives.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How long does apple in a RDA last?
In Canada we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
