Blackcurrant squonk mod Flavour in Canada: the compare shortlist
Blackcurrant in Canada: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Ordering Flavour to Canada: the practical version
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: blackcurrant in Canada works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant squonk mod really costs in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested blackcurrant in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Canada.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for blackcurrant in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |

| Entry kit | CA$28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$2.39 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.39 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
