Candy pen device Flavour in Canada: the best shortlist
Candy in Canada: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How we tested Candy pen device here
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.53 per 10 ml.
We run candy the same way in Canada: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy pen device really costs in Canada

How we tested candy in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Canada.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
