Caramel 60 ml bottle Flavour in Canada: the review shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What caramel costs in Canada
Caramel in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Canada works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Canada
A caramel 60 ml bottle from the reviewed options in Canada costs about CA$1.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is caramel legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$1.87 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How long does caramel in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Canada we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
