Caramel cartomizer Flavour in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Caramel cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Canada
We run caramel the same way in Canada: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Canada survives.
- Treating the advertised CA$49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.38 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Caramel | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | cartomizer | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$49 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.38 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a cartomizer last?
In Canada we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$3.38 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
