Caramel cartomizer Flavour in Canada: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Canada
If you are looking at caramel in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Canada
If you are looking at caramel in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Canada.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised CA$42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.59 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$3.59 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
