Caramel starter kit Flavour in Canada: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a starter kit for caramel
The honest read on caramel: 19 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: caramel in Canada works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Canada
Caramel in Canada reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$45 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does caramel in a starter kit last?
In Canada we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.03 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
