Citrus box mod Flavour in Canada: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Canada: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a box mod for citrus
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.68 per 10 ml.
We run citrus the same way in Canada: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus box mod really costs in Canada
We run citrus the same way in Canada: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Canada.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Canada survives.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
