Citrus nicotine salt bottle Flavour in Canada: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Canada: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A citrus nicotine salt bottle from the flat-rate options in Canada costs about CA$2.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus nicotine salt bottle really costs in Canada
We run citrus the same way in Canada: same nicotine salt bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised CA$47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.69 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
