Citrus pen device Flavour in Canada: the order shortlist
Citrus in Canada: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Ordering Flavour to Canada: the practical version
If you are looking at citrus in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.27 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Canada
The honest read on citrus: 24 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Canada.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for citrus in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
How long does citrus in a pen device last?
In Canada we measured 2 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.27 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
