Citrus starter kit Flavour in Canada: the wholesale shortlist
Citrus in Canada: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on citrus: 23 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run citrus the same way in Canada: same starter kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: citrus in Canada works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus starter kit really costs in Canada
If you are looking at citrus in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised CA$31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.22 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Citrus | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | starter kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$31 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.22 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a starter kit last?
In Canada we measured 6 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.22 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$3.22 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
