Citrus sub-ohm kit Flavour in Canada: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Canada: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a sub-ohm kit for citrus
Citrus in Canada reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.53 per 10 ml.
The short version: citrus in Canada works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus sub-ohm kit really costs in Canada
Citrus in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Canada we measured 3 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Is citrus legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
