Coffee pen device Flavour in Canada: the compare shortlist
Coffee in Canada: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.7 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coffee pen device really costs in Canada
Coffee pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coffee in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Canada.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for coffee in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Coffee | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$59 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$1.7 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should coffee start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
