Cola pen device Flavour in Canada: the deals shortlist
Cola in Canada: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Cola is allowed to say
A cola pen device from the discounted options in Canada costs about CA$2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cola in Canada reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola pen device really costs in Canada
Cola in Canada reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cola in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Canada.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Treating the advertised CA$63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.85 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.85 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
