Cola starter kit Flavour in Canada: the online shortlist
Cola in Canada: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a starter kit for cola
A cola starter kit from the online options in Canada costs about CA$2.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cola in Canada works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola starter kit really costs in Canada
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.89 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cola in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is cola legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.89 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
