Cream cartomizer Flavour in Canada: the deals shortlist
Cream in Canada: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
If you are looking at cream in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cream in Canada reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Canada
If you are looking at cream in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is cream legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
