Ordering Flavour to Canada: the practical version
If you are looking at fig in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you are looking at fig in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: fig in Canada works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig box mod really costs in Canada
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested fig in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where fig goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$44 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.08 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does fig in a box mod last?
In Canada we measured 3 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.08 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
