Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Fig squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig squonk mod really costs in Canada
Fig in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested fig in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.76 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Packaging for fig in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$1.76 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
