Frozen RDA Flavour in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Canada: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a RDA for frozen
A frozen RDA from the cheapest options in Canada costs about CA$2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: frozen in Canada works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Treating the advertised CA$35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.8 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.8 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
