Iced cartomizer Flavour in Canada: the budget shortlist
Iced in Canada: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A iced cartomizer from the budget options in Canada costs about CA$3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: iced in Canada works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Canada
We run iced the same way in Canada: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Canada.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised CA$60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.07 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |

| Entry kit | CA$60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.07 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$3.07 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Can I order Flavour online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
