Lemon pen device Flavour in Canada: the review shortlist
Lemon in Canada: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What lemon costs in Canada
Lemon in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A lemon pen device from the reviewed options in Canada costs about CA$3.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Canada
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.31 per 10 ml.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Canada.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Lemon | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | pen device | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | CA$48 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.31 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
Is lemon legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
How long does lemon in a pen device last?
In Canada we measured 3 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
