Mint squonk mod Flavour in Canada: the wholesale shortlist
Mint in Canada: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
Mint in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: mint in Canada works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint squonk mod really costs in Canada
The honest read on mint: 14 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised CA$28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.35 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Packaging for mint in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | CA$28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$2.35 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
