Plain squonk mod Flavour in Canada: the guide shortlist
Plain in Canada: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Plain in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plain squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain squonk mod really costs in Canada
If you are looking at plain in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plain in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Canada survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
