Plum refill pack Flavour in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Canada: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A plum refill pack from the cheapest options in Canada costs about CA$2.52 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: plum in Canada works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Canada

How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Canada.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised CA$68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.52 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.52 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Can I order Flavour online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does plum in a refill pack last?
In Canada we measured 2 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
