Plum refill pack Flavour in Canada: the online shortlist
Plum in Canada: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plum in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Canada
If you are looking at plum in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised CA$31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.22 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plum | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 20 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$31 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$2.22 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does plum in a refill pack last?
In Canada we measured 3 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
