Raspberry starter kit Flavour in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Raspberry in Canada: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.16 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry starter kit really costs in Canada
Raspberry in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested raspberry in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why raspberry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.16 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
How long does raspberry in a starter kit last?
In Canada we measured 6 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
