Salted refill pack Flavour in Canada: the best shortlist
Salted in Canada: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
Most people searching Flavour in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.93 per 10 ml.
The short version: salted in Canada works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted refill pack really costs in Canada
Salted refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested salted in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised CA$39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a refill pack last?
In Canada we measured 4 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$1.93 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
