Salted starter kit Flavour in Canada: the compare shortlist
Salted in Canada: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a starter kit for salted
A salted starter kit from the compared options in Canada costs about CA$2.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on salted: 17 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Canada.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Canada survives.
