Tropical 30 ml shortfill Flavour in Canada: the online shortlist
Tropical in Canada: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at tropical in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tropical in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical 30 ml shortfill really costs in Canada
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.04 per 10 ml.
How we tested tropical in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Canada.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Canada survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tropical in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is tropical legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.04 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
