Vanilla pen device Flavour in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Vanilla in Canada: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Most people searching Flavour in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you are looking at vanilla in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised CA$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.06 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$3.06 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.06 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
